How to cancel a reservation
If you already know the reservation will not happen, deal with it as early as possible.
Where to handle it
Open the reservation detail page. That is where the current state and available actions are shown.
Before cancelling, think about whether a date change would be enough. If cancellation is really needed, explain it briefly to the other side.
